Energize
What our clients are saying:
“We were quite surprised at the spiritual appetite of these students. We thought they’d be career driven, and take a minimalist approach. But these students are truly hungry for spiritual transformation.”
Dr. David Schroeder, President
Sommerset Christian College
Change, at its worst, can be gut-wrenchingly difficult. At its best, however, it can be refreshingly energizing. At Knowledge Elements, every approach we take includes an understanding of both. On the one hand, we can help deal with the short-term frustrations and concerns that transition can bring, overcoming legitimate concerns and helping navigate the fear and unwillingness often associated with trying something new.
Our long-range approach, however, helps us realize its revitalizing aspects. We’ve seen the success that comes to colleges and universities that have taken a step back, honestly assessed how well they’re meeting their goals, and boldly embraced change. Their refusal to settle on the status quo has helped them better fulfill their missions, serve their communities, and ultimately, embrace their vital roles in Kingdom expansion.
We are proud of the fact that we have worked with more than half of the Growth Award winners honored by the Association for Biblical Higher Education (ABHE). In many cases, they were repeat winners, as well. As we lead colleges on a discovery process that is then implemented, it brings with it a culture of growth. Growth begets more growth. Sustained increase comes in no small measure from the energy that these changes create with each new face on campus and each new program developed.
This new energy also can come from the financial stability that working with Knowledge Elements will bring. Higher enrollment and greater operating efficiencies naturally result in additional revenues.
Of course, there also is an energy that comes from sharing a burden with like-minded associates. All too often, colleges attempt to go it alone, when Knowledge Elements stands ready and willing to help. Regulatory changes offer a great example; members of the Knowledge Elements Education Network (KEEN) experience a lightening of the load.
We are active participants in the larger higher education community, attending meetings and briefings—something that many of the KEEN members do not have the resources to do on their own. As a result, we guide KEEN members throughout these changes—ensuring that they are meeting the highest standards that the law dictates.
These are bridges we cross together, arm in arm. And when we reach the other side, we all succeed.
