Knowledge Elements’ Master’s Degree Programs blend online learning with intensive, live discussion-style classroom sessions. Currently, there are two programs ready to be offered with several more well along in the design process:
The Virtual MBA: Students can access the online segments at their convenience, reducing time away from work and home. They join participants across the country, learning a relevant and practical curriculum. Students graduate with a keen sense of a values-based leadership point-of-view. They immediately can begin contributing both personally and professionally.
These students will sharpen their skills by learning from managers in their own company, employees, vendors, customers, and competitors while rotating through the departments of a virtual-reality company and marketplace.
Our MBA in organizational leadership can be completed in just one year. Students take six core courses, then choose one of several available concentrations in management, non-profit leadership, or human resources management.
Master of Arts in Leadership: This program allows students to complete a degree in one or two years (depending on undergraduate major) while maintaining a full-time job or ministry position.
This degree is designed to provide an extensive biblical foundation for those interested in serving in leadership programs in the church, Christian non-profits or foundations, missions, and a variety of other service organizations.
Onsite courses are offered in an accelerated format and meet one night a week for five weeks each course. Online courses are available at the student’s leisure.
