What our clients are saying:
“They see the bigger picture in Christian higher education. The leadership at Knowledge Elements is on the cutting edge of what is going on in higher education, especially with online learning. They’re always open, innovating with online education. As they’ve been on campus, we’ve found them able to answer our questions and help guide us. Knowledge Elements’ personnel are very flexible, responsive to our questions and the things we need to have, and to make adjustments so their programs work for us.”
Dr. Gil Parker, Chief Academic Officer
Davis College
Traditionally, Christian colleges and universities have shared a heart to touch the world. That usually has happened one of two ways: By equipping students to “go” with what they’ve learned, or by opening the doors and inviting others to “come.”
Our changing world, however, has introduced another dynamic. Using new technologies, our universities literally connect all corners of the world. Those using Blackberries, iPods, iPhones, or other devices can access online courses no matter where they are, or why they’re there.
Consider the student on a short-term mission trip or the professional on a temporary business assignment. Each can access—and even complete—coursework while they’re away. In addition, technology allows those who live in other countries to receive a top-notch Christian education from an American school without leaving home.
Could it be time for the definition of “reach” to expand?
Our online learning courses allow you to fill any gaps in your existing course catalog while ensuring that the course offering meets your needs. It will follow your standard approval process and you may select only those instructors whom you wish. All of our instructors must have practical experience in the subject matter and have passed courses in Online Best Practices and Using Atheneo. Instructor profiles, including contact information, resumes, and transcripts are available inside Atheneo for your review.
As you expand your online offerings, you may want to develop your own online courses using your institution’s instructors. Courses to which your college holds the copyright can be offered to other members of our Knowledge Elements Education Network (KEEN) as well as your own students. This provides extra royalty and instructor revenue for your institution as Knowledge Elements markets your original course content and instructors for students registering through other KEEN members. KE provides a comprehensive training program in the Sunagogical process.
