What our clients are saying:
“They see the bigger picture in Christian higher education. The leadership at Knowledge Elements is on the cutting edge of what is going on in higher education, especially with online learning. They’re always open, innovating with online education. As they’ve been on campus, we’ve found them able to answer our questions and help guide us. Knowledge Elements’ personnel are very flexible, responsive to our questions and the things we need to have, and to make adjustments so their programs work for us.”
Dr. Gil Parker, Chief Academic Officer
Davis College
At Knowledge Elements, we believe in honest discussion about strengths and weaknesses. In that vein, it’s only fair that we also would share what we do well—and what we don’t. We would rather develop master relationship agreements than create contracts.
We’re not ready to deliver a one-size-fits-all solution. We would prefer to come alongside a school and craft a plan that meets that school’s unique needs. We’re not in the habit of implementing new programs, courses, or technology and then disappearing. We’re in it for the long haul.
After you engage Knowledge Elements, we become a frequent presence on your campus. We walk where you walk—and we learn to share your view. We travel the path together, helping you navigate any issues that arise related to new programs—such as faculty concerns, accreditation pursuits, and the like—as well as those that aren’t directly related.
Our fee structure is intended to enhance this relationship. Our revenues are based solely on a percentage of the enrollment. There is no up-front investment. By the time the first student enrolls—whether it be in an online course or a degree completion program—you’re already seeing financial benefits.
As for us, in many cases, we’ve invested months—if not years—with an institution before we see the first revenue. We can do this because of the success of the schools that have come before. As their programs continue to thrive, we continue to benefit, which allows us to invest our time and resources in helping propel other schools into the category of “thriving,” as well.
Experience has shown us that the challenges most colleges and universities face cannot be solved with a single solution. That’s where that master relationship agreement comes in. It allows us the flexibility to take on whatever issue you might need help with—financial aid, accreditation, regulatory issues, or philanthropy—without the need for an additional contract.
If you’re solely looking for a vendor to offer a quick fix, they’re out there. But if you’re seriously looking for a long-lasting, holistic approach to reaching new horizons, we’re right here.
